Last night I decided to do some self portraits. After getting my camera lens fixed (it was stuck on my camera due to a screw not letting it off) I suddenly felt like my camera was new again? I got a rush of excitement and decided that I must do some self portraits. For me self portraits are a better way of learning, it is a difficult thing to succeed with and it really pushes me also challenges my ability to capture photographs. My computer is in my mum and dads room, I was sitting with the light off, I turned round and looked at the light, I decided to work with the light more than anything and included my feeling which was tiredness. As I say all the time please click to view the images in better quality, I have no idea how to make them bigger/better.

Emotional Boundaries.

For college I am to do a summer briefing, part of it is called 'Emotional Boundaries'. We are to write 300 words on a emotional boundary we have experienced. While thinking about doing it, I decided to do some images for it, although we are not meant to. I done some single black and white photos then developed them further by using them for layering to convey the emotions further and make them more strong also striking.

below are the first set of images I captured.

Simon and Lesley Wedding

Below is Simon and Lesley. On Saturday 9th July I was able to be the assistant photographer at this beautiful wedding. Andy who I go out shooting with a lot asked me! It was a fantastic day - sun was on our side! It was my first ever wedding I went to and worked at (first proper photography job). I really liked doing the documented side of the wedding rather than the stressful photographs! It was in Maxwell Church, I nearly cried at one point, it was my first wedding you can let me off and the fact I am a hopeless romantic really doesn't help. Afterwards we headed to Pollockshields Burgh Hall, where the guests headed out to have a drink. It was a great day. Below are some photographs I took on the day.

P.s I recommend you all should click on the photographs for better quality.
